- Madam Gore has a full time job. Commission work is a priority, but can only be completed during leisure time. Please consider her time. 💋
- Clients have the ability to view and track the status of all ongoing orders, direct to the queue tab. Or, contact Madam on Discord.
- Turn around time depends on request, average time tends to be 2 weeks.

- Commission will not be worked on until full payment is sent. Then, Madam shall start the progress. Awaitment on payment is acceptable, two weeks at most, once that time frame is over client will be removed from queue. Client is allowed to send in another order once payment is available.
- Request for full refund available, ONLY if the commission hasn't yet been started. If desired to receive a refund when the drawing has been started you will still be charged for the percentage of work completed, NO ACCEPTIONS.
- Artwork by Madam is for personal use, if interested in business/commercial use, prices may increase. Message Madam for further discussion. (NFT or AI training: unacceptable)
- Madam's pieces may not be claimed as the clients own work, madam retains the full right to credit, and may post on her socials. The clients characters credit shall be provided- client may request for credit to not be given.
- PRIVATE WORK: If a client desires a private commission, client will be charged a $25 fee. Must state this upon ordering before work is begun.
- PayPal: All transactions come with a fee, customer pays for those fees. WILL NOT accept friends and family.🜏 Allowed: 🜏
